SEQUENCE OF EVENT RECORDER

REMOTE TURBINE HEALTH MONITORING

Executed for the Siemens power Group, this system reads 1024 Signals every 1 millisecond and analyses the trend and variations at every iteration. It is useful in timely pre-emption of major disasters

AEM's SOER is an intelligent standalone Micro processor based system which is capable of recording a sequence of up to 256 events which are either changeover or NO/NC process inputs with time resolution of 1 ms.

Applications:

PROCESS plants which have some critical events to be chronologically identified and recorded. SOER is integrated to real time Process Automation System in process plants to monitor and record digital inputs with time stamping

FEATURES

  • Turbine monitoring through Sequence Of Events Recorder (SOER) for up to 1024 parameters with 1 ms timestamp.

  • Each SOER (Turbine) is connected to Internet through GPRS.

  • Acquired data may be viewed at any remote location via Internet.

  • Central location can analyze the data to find out the root cause of failure and take preventive action.
