• Support test equipment for performing stray voltage test on aircraft dispensers of the countermeasures Dispensing set

• Designed for use as a safe and accurate means of checking the contact pins on the dispensers for the presence of any stray voltage prior to loading the dispenser magazines containing the electrical explosive devices

• During flight-line check out, it connects directly to the breech plate output (contact pins) of a dispenser to detect unacceptable levels of stray voltage.
