    • Installation and proper functioning of the system is ensured at client's site before the same is commissioned at site.

    • Proper training is imparted to the end-user before the system is finally handed over to the client for operation.

    • All parts supplied by AEM are covered under general warranty. The defective parts are repaired or replaced free of cost at factory level and are sent to the client at AEM's cost.

    • We provide Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract at site or factory level repair on mutually agreeable terms.
